Bubblink vSphere is a platform made to share your digital profile to your followers, customers, users and prospects, in a secure and agile way. To help you get the most out of the services we have available for you, we provide you the terms and conditions of use.

By registering in our platform, you accept these terms and conditions, so we suggest that you read all the clauses carefully. The world is changing every second, so are we. You must keep in mind that, in order to achieve an adequate update of our services and tools based on the evolution of legal, commercial, technological, security regulations, among others, the same terms and conditions may have changes in order to maintain the functionality, quality and give you the best of the services in the platform. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of these changes.

In the event that your account has been compromised, we count on your commitment by informing Bubblink immediately.

If you fail to comply with any of the above clauses, Bubblink will assess the situation with the most detail and fairness possible. If deemed appropriate, Bubblink has the right to terminate or suspend your account(s).

1. What you need to know about your account:
   To register on the platform, you must take into consideration the following:
   1. The user must be at least 18 years old.
   2. The user is responsible for the security of their account and passwords.
   3. The user consciously accepts the terms and conditions of use of the platform.
   4. The user confirms that the information used in the account is true and undertakes to inform Bubblink of any changes to their personal data.
   5. The user is responsible for the security of the links and the information related to the links shared on the platform.
   6. The user is responsible for their account.
   7. The user will use the account legally.
   8. Username:
      1. The user agrees to use an appropriate name that does not infringe the law (intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, etc.).
      2. The use of offensive and vulgar names is prohibited.
   9. The user confirms that the data and information used is their property or has permission to use them.
   10. The user confirms that the account created is for personal use and agrees not to transfer or lend their account to anyone else, in order not to jeopardize Bubblink's reputation or violate local laws and regulations.
   11. The user is responsible for any consequences of the exchange, transaction, visibility, or general activity of their profile and their visitors (viewers) through the platform.
2. Plan Management
   1. Free subscriptions do not incur any charges and can be cancelled at any time.
   2. he user must ensure that the payment of their annual subscription happens only from the online store www.bubblink.com.mx/shop.
   3. Payments made on the platform are non-refundable, except if the cancellation ocurred within the 24 hours following the purchase of any membership plan. If this is the case, contact us at contacto@bubblink.com.mx.
   4. By deleting the account, you will not be able to reactivate it or recover the content and information added to the profile.
3. Permissions on content and information on the platform
   1. The user is responsible for the information and content shared on the platform. The use of information and content considered as "public", or non-sensitive, is suggested.
   2. When you share content on the vSphere platform, you permanently authorize us to use that content. The use of your personal data and image on the platform in our advertising activities is authorized without restrictions and without payment of royalties.
   3. Bubblink is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or legality of the content; Instead, we retain the authority to adjust, remove, or restrict access to content at any time in accordance with our terms.
   4. Bubblink reserves the right to issue warnings about sensitive content if we deem it unsuitable for any audience.
4. About the platform
   1. The design, logos, typographies, graphics, videos, source code, are fully owned by Bubblink. The user has no rights to the intellectual property of Bubblink or users outside their own profile.
   2. The use, reproduction, commercialization, among other activities, of any element of Bubblink's intellectual property is prohibited.
   3. Bubblink is not responsible for the activity or manner of use of the platform by the user.
   4. Bubblink is not responsible for any damages or consequences resulting from the information used in your profile.

The Bubblink platform is constantly being developed and there will be times when we release Beta versions of our features so that our users can explore and experience those features and add value to you. We ask for your patience and feedback in the event of failures or changes that you would like about these services.
